ONA Report on Legal Services Expenditure

Paragraph 11 of the Legal Services Directions 2017, issued by the Attorney-General under the Judiciary Act 1903, requires the Accountable Authority of a non-corporate Commonwealth entity to ensure that their agency's legal services purchasing, including expenditure, is appropriately recorded and monitored and that, by 30 October each year, the agency makes publicly available records of the legal services expenditure for the previous financial year.

During the reporting period of 2016-2017 ONA, as a Non-Corporate Commonwealth Entity, was subject to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
