Counter-Proliferation Analyst

Analyst/Senior Analyst

ONA is looking for one analyst and one senior analyst to undertake assessments on Southeast Asia, including lead analysis of regional terrorism issues which have strategic relevance to Australia. The successful applicant will have demonstrated strong research and analytical skills of a high order, and the ability to prepare concise and lucid reports relevant to the needs of senior policy makers including Ministers. Applicants will also need to show appropriate tertiary qualifications, a proven record of analytical achievement and demonstrated knowledge of the domestic and regional environment in which terrorists in Southeast Asia operate. Proficiency in a relevant language is also highly desirable.
